Cancellation Policy
By sending over a booking fee you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Cancellations/rescheduling will need at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise the full appointment price will need to be paid. Your booking fee is non-refundable. It is also non-transferable with under 48 hours notice. No shows/forgetting of appointments will need to pay the full, remaining amount of the treatment price. You will only be able to move an appointment twice. Any more movements needed & your booking fee will be lost & a new one will need to be paid to book in again. Please be on time. You could risk having to pay full treatment price & a cancellation of the treatment may have to occur.
